Refund policy

1. Eligibility

Customers may request a return or exchange within 4 days from the date of receipt. To qualify, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition, including packaging and tags.

• Accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Products marked as final sale.

• Items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact info@fungoofun.com.lb with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within seven (7) to ten (10) business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

Customers may request an exchange for another product of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
