Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is three (3) to five (5) business days from the shipping date. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment progress using the provided tracking number.

4. International Shipping

International shipping is available. Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary according to destination and customs regulations.

5. Delivery Issues

FungooFun shall not be held liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused by the courier, customs clearance delays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
